These Terms of Service apply to your use of Word Blitz AI Cheat Injector, including the website, the browser extension, and any paid access tied to the service. The service is operated by Code Cowboy Limited. If you use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Word Blitz AI Cheat Injector is a browser-based automation and solver tool built around the Facebook browser version of Word Blitz. It can scan active boards, identify playable words, and support manual or automated play.

The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Facebook, Meta, Lotum one GmbH, or the creators of Word Blitz. "Facebook" and "Word Blitz" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

The service may offer limited free access, including a small number of free board unlocks. Paid access, features, pricing, billing intervals, and plan details are shown on the site or at checkout, not in these terms.

If you buy a subscription, it renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel through the billing tools made available with your account. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not usually rewind the billing period you already paid for.

Paid access may depend on your account, browser profile, installation, and technical setup. We do not promise that one subscription will work in every browser, on every device, or across every configuration.

Payments are non-refundable except where refund rights are required by law. Bans, suspensions, rate limits, account restrictions, compatibility breaks, or platform enforcement actions are not grounds for a refund.

You are responsible for how you use the service. That includes following the rules, terms, and policies of any third-party platform, game, browser, store, or payment provider involved in your use.

• Do not resell, sublicense, share, or commercially exploit the service.
• Do not use the service for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
• Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or attack the service infrastructure.
• Do not use the service in any way that violates third-party rights or rules.

This service interacts with a third-party game environment in ways that may not be welcomed by that game or platform. Changes to the game, the browser, store rules, or anti-automation systems can break the service or lead to enforcement by third parties.

If your account is flagged, restricted, suspended, banned, rate-limited, or otherwise penalized by Facebook, Word Blitz, Lotum one GmbH, or any other third party, that risk sits with you. Code Cowboy Limited is not responsible for those outcomes.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continued compatibility, or that the service will meet your expectations. Features may change, pause, or disappear at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you are misusing the service, violating these terms, causing risk to us or others, initiating chargebacks abusively, or using the service in a way that creates legal, operational, or platform problems.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Code Cowboy Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, access, goodwill, or game accounts.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you paid nothing, our liability will be limited to the smallest amount allowed by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Code Cowboy Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rules or rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version here and update the date at the top. Your continued use of the service after the update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
